After graduating with my bachelor’s in psychology from Mizzou (M-I-Z!) in 2015 I began working back in my hometown. A few years later I wanted to start a side hustle, as my husband and I were working hard to pay down school debt. I came across a 12 week bridal makeup course and with some gentle encouragement from my partner, signed up for the classes!
In Spring of 2018 I nervously jumped into my first bridal season. That first wedding was terrifying, but the only way you can improve is by actually doing the thing! Since then I have worked with 100s of clients and completed over 100 weddings, taking away a new lesson or tip every single time. I’ve since added hours upon hours of education and met so many amazing clients and fellow makeup artists.
